This renovation comes with an established alley way of tall lime trees which lead from the gated entrance way over the garden. A rather grand first impression for quite a modest, but potentially interesting, project.  Unlike other barns waiting for conversion, this building feels like a far more manageable project that will give you more of a cottage style home than the “Grand Designs” ventures, which can challenge both budgets and motivation in the long run.

The building itself is more than just a barn. It has already been subdivided inside into four store rooms with cement floors and all have good, exposed ceiling beams.
